摘要:大豆细菌性斑点病是世界大豆生产中主要叶部病害之一,致病菌为假单胞菌Pseudomonas syringae pv.Glycinea,其在我国东北等大豆产区也是主要病害。本文对271份国内外大豆资源接种大豆细菌性斑点病S1菌株,调查其抗感反应,并利用已有SNP分子标记数据进行抗病性全基因组关联分析。结果发现,供试材料抗病性存在差异,按5级划分标准归类,无高抗材料,抗病的有8份,中抗47份,多数为美国早熟类型品种;感病类型(中感、感、高感)共有216份,表明供试材料对S1的抗性总体上一般。利用SNP标记对该群体进行抗病性QTL关联定位,在-log10P≥3阈值下,共检测到与斑点病菌S1抗性显著关联的SNP标记20个,分布在6条染色体上。标记Gm_15_146358的解释率最高,为10.71%。本研究所发现的分子标记与以往定位抗病QTL位点位置不同,需进一步对其进行研究,为抗大豆斑点病遗传育种研究奠定了基础。26201

A Study on Resistance of Soybean Germplasm to Bacterial Spot Disease from Different Sources
Abstract: Soybean bacterial spot is one of the main leaf diseases in soybean production in the world, and its pathogen is Pseudomonas syringae pv.glycinea. It is also the main disease in Northeast China. In this paper, 271 domestic and foreign soybean accessions were inoculated with soybean bacterial spot disease S1 strain. The resistance reaction level was investigated to reveal the variation of disease resistance and the whole genomic-wide association analysis was carried out using SNP molecular marker data obtained from SoyBase website. The results showed that there were differences in disease resistance in the tested materials. These accessions were classified into five types. Among them, no high resistance one was found and 47 and 8 lines with resistance and medium resistance levels were screened out respectively. Most of them are US early mature varieties. There were 216 lines with disease susceptibility level (including medium susceptible, susceptible and high susceptible), indicating the relatively low resistance of the test materials to S1 strain. SNP markers were utilized to map the QTL for the resistance. At the threshold of -log10P≥3, 21 SNP markers significantly correlated with resistance to S1 were detected and distributed on the 6 chromosomes. The marker Gm_15_146358 had the highest phenotypic explanation rate of 10.71%. The markers found in this study located in different regions in compared with the previous studies of resistance gene/QTL mapping.
