亚精胺对淹水胁迫下玉米幼苗根系呼吸代谢的调控

摘要:为了探讨亚精胺对淹水胁迫下玉米幼苗根系呼吸代谢的调控机制,本实验以两个不同的玉米品种郑单958( 耐淹水能力弱)和浚单22( 耐淹水能力强)为材料研究了在淹水胁迫下,亚精胺对玉米幼苗根系中无氧呼吸酶活性及代谢产物含量的影响。结果表明,在正常生长情况下,两个品种的玉米幼苗根系中无氧呼吸酶活性(乳酸脱氢酶、丙酮酸脱羧酶和乙醇脱氢酶)及代谢产物(乙醇)含量变化不明显;在淹水胁迫下,两个品种的玉米幼苗根系中无氧呼吸酶活性活性显著增加,代谢产物乙醇含量升高,且抗性比较弱的郑单958的LDH活性增加幅度大于抗性比较强的浚单22,而抗性比较强的浚单22的ADH和PDC活性增加幅度大于抗性比较弱的郑单958;外施Spd后,两个品种的玉米幼苗根系中LDH、PDC和ADH活性降低,代谢产物乙醇含量减少。这些结果表明亚精胺能够通过降低淹水胁迫下无氧呼吸酶的活性,减少无氧代谢产物的产生来缓解涝胁迫对玉米幼苗的伤害,促进玉米幼苗的生长。8136

Regulation of Spermidine on Respiratory Metabolism of Maize Seedling Roots under Waterlogging Stress
Abstract: To inquire into the regulation mechanism of spermidine on respiratory metabolism of maize seedling roots under waterlogging stress, taking two different maize varieties Zhengdan 958 (weak resistance to flooding) and Xundan 22 (flood resistance ability) as materials in this experiment, we studied the effects of spermidine on the anaerobic respiratory enzyme activity and metabolite contents in maize seedling roots under waterlogging stress. The results are as follows: under normal growth conditions, the changes in the anaerobic respiratory enzyme activity (lactate dehydrogenase LDH, pyruvate decarboxylase PDC and ethanol dehydrogenase ADH) and metabolite content(ethanol) of two maize seedling roots was not obvious; However, under  Waterlogging stress, the anaerobic respiratory enzyme activities  and ethanol content  in two maize seedling roots increased significantly, and the increase of LDH in Zhengdan 958" (weak resistance to flooding) was more significant than that in Xundan 22(flood resistance ability), but the increase of PDH and ADH in Xundan 22(flood resistance ability) was more significant than that in Zhengdan 958" (weak resistance to flooding) ; after treatment with spermidine(Spd), the activity of LDH, PDC and ADH decreased in two maize seedling root, and the content of alcohol also decreased. The results showed that under waterlogging stress, Spd could decrease the content of anaerobic metabolism product via reducing the activity of anaerobic respiration enzymes in maize seedlings roots, relieve the injury to the maize seedlings, and promote the growth of maize seedlings.
